Openings for volunteers on Tobacco Free Lincoln County Coalition

Community Connections Tobacco Free Lincoln County (TFLC) has openings for volunteers to serve on their coalition. You will participate in a meeting for one hour each month, & do tasks such as delivering posters & other materials to local schools, Women's Resource Center, Salvation Army, child daycare centers, etc. Expect to commit a total of 2 to 4 hours per month.

TFLC is working to educate residents on the dangers of secondhand smoke, tell people about the Nebraska Tobacco Quitline, etc. To serve on the coalition you don't need to know a lot about those things. You will have opportunities to do something that may seem small, but has the potential to make a difference in the community. For more information, call 696-3356.
