Free signs announce smoke-free events

Yard signs are available for people who want their social gatherings to be smoke-free. The signs say, “Welcome to our smoke-free event. Thank you for not smoking or using e-cigarettes. “

 The signs are available at the Community Connections offices in the downtown Nebraskaland National Bank Building at 121 N. Dewey in North Platte. People are asked to call first, to arrange to pick up the signs. Leave a message at (308) 696-3356.

 There is no charge to borrow the signs. They are useful for personal, family or community events at homes, parks, etc.
